Hassle-free return process!

At Predators Gear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return your purchased items, please contact us at ( predatorsgear@gmail.com ) and provide details about the situation. We will guide you on the appropriate return process based on the issue. You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your order to return the goods to us. Upon receipt of the unwanted items in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid for those items. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used goods. Our aim is to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services.

Follow those simple steps:

  1. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to send back your items within 30 days of receiving them.
  2. We can only issue refunds for products that are returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
  3. Kindly note that refunds or exchanges will only be granted if you provide a receipt, dispatch note, or any other proof of purchase.
  4. For any damaged items, we kindly request photo evidence to be provided.
  5. Please be aware that sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds beyond 7 days from the purchase date. This policy is in place due to the nature of reduced items, which typically occur close to or after their best-before dates. The best-before dates or any damage are clearly indicated for all sale items.

Important: Kindly ensure that the goods are returned in their original, unopened packaging. Once the packaging has been opened and the product has been used or tested, we cannot accept the return, as it becomes unsaleable.

How to return your item?

To initiate the return process, please reach out to us via email at predatorsgear@gmail.com, providing your name, order number, and the reason for returning the product.

For your own security, we strongly advise sending all returns via recorded delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit during the return process. We also, are unable to cover the expenses for your return postage costs.

Refund process:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will proceed with issuing a refund. Please note that the refund process may take approximately 2-5 business days, and the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Parcel not delivered?

In rare situations where the customer refuses delivery (without any error on our part) or provides an incorrect address resulting in the return of the item to us, a refund will be issued. However, please note that the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping cost (£ 4.99).

Your product arrived damaged?

In rare instances when you receive a wrong or damaged product, there’s no need to worry. We are here to assist you promptly. Please contact us via email as soon as possible, and we will arrange a return label for you at no cost. Once we receive the damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues with your order.
