Great shop and great prices! Staff were super helpful as I’ve been to stores in the past where tent just ignore you but here was very different. Thank you for the advice on the different types of protein as for a beginner, I did not really know where to start. Definitely recommend to come here if you need any supplements especially whey protein! Loads of brands from all over the world.

Fantastic service. I don't understand much about vitamins etc for the gym, but the knowledge that the owner had was amazing. Helped me figure out what I should be doing and did so in a friendly manner. I'll be coming back for certain.

this place is a one stop shop, it really is! Arthur is a top bloke, really passionate about his business and the quality of service he provides for his customers. this isn’t a place where you are going to be pushed on to buy a load of sups you don’t need, even to the point where you will be questioned on why you want the thing you’re looking to buy, to which may not actually be benefiting you and then in some cases offer a more cost affective alternative (not your typical sup shop). he is dedicated on doing his bit to make the industry a better, more knowledgeable place. if you’re in the area and looking to buy some sups, this is your place! 💪🏼
